While I agree in theory that it's nobody's damn business, Collins herself has dangled the "will she or won't she" tease before elections or key votes. As happens so often in TV courtrooms, she opened up the door so questions about her voting are now on the table.

I'm encouraged to know that she's deeply concerned (insert furrowed brow here).
