| The plan was sketchy, and obviously he has to ask Congress for stuff which I'm sure stuck in his craw. He managed to keep it together and at least sound quasi-presidential. It's something, but my expectations were lower than whale doo-doo at the bottom of the ocean. As I said above, I don't hold out much hope that it won't all evaporate with tomorrow morning's tweets. I wonder if he's finally figured out that unlike the people he's fired, and the secrecy he's tried to implement, the virus will speak its mind and there's not a damn thing he can do about it.
