There's a helpful graphic at the top right of the first article that defines the generations. I agree, it's hard to follow.

I'm also not a big fan of sweeping generalizations about how the generations think and behave. This data (since it's basically earnings by age) doesn't bother me, though.

You can argue about how higher ed is a scam/industry, but there's no denying the earnings data. OK, I suppose you could say that everyone is corrupt and the data are fake, but doesn't that get tiresome? Smiler
