New scam?

Yesterday I received this nit comb in the mail. Very odd - no one here ordered it. It came with nothing more than a card we could fill out and mail if we wanted instructions on how to return it - including credit card information.

I'll get right on that...

Today I received this from the same place - this time without the return card or anything else. If this is a scam they are not very good at it.
