AxtremusPublic Opinion after Jan.6 Capitol Protest
https://www.washingtonpost.com...2-af78-4949613740cc/A few points I find interesting:
Trump’s approval ratings, even now, is not at all-time low. There were times in 2018 and 2019 when Trump’s approval ratings were even lower, albeit only slightly
There are still 3 out of 10 who believe that there is “solid evidence” supporting the “widespread voter fraud” narrative
There are still 3 out of 10 who think that Trump has acted “responsibly” by his statements and actions since the November (2020) election.

CHASWhen George W. Bush was president surveys showed a constant 30% that would follow him anywhere.
IMO there is an unshakeable 30% that is always ready to follow a right wing leader anywhere.

Steve MillerI’d like to know how these polls are being conducted.
As Nate Silver instructs us, calling people on land lines is spectacularly inaccurate (who has a land line any more?) and those polls have no value. In fact, it’s pretty obvious that Nate himself no longer has value because he can’t figure out a better way to poll.
I’m not putting a lot of trust in these numbers.
