He's only requiring as a condition when signing a new lease or renewing an old one. Not sure it makes any difference - the issue is sure to be litigated, possibly up to the supreme court.

I think it's a good idea, myself.

I think it violates DeSantis's "everyone can decide for themselves, and businesses can't impose rules" edict.

Florida's Supreme Court was very level headed and sensible in my day at least.

DeSantis is blatantly defying an order of a Florida judge regarding mask edict.

He's lawless. His actions are killing Floridians.

I believe the appeals court in Florida reversed that ruling.

That's too bad.

I've already stated my position. I think the federal government should make vaccinations mandatory.

A lot of people wouldn't like it. I don't care.
