What's for dinner (Thursday edition)
Lithuanian comfort food - kugelis. Potatoes, bacon, onions, half and half, eggs, salt. Served with a dollop of sour cream.

Wow! That looks amazing!!

Mr. SK is making curry (Japanese style) which we'll have with rice. Yummy

The curry should probably give us three meals. After that will be my fully-loaded pasta salad. We are going to have to watch our weight with all the extra carbs we're getting!
