I just stumbled on this website. There are hundreds of articles on garden topics and lots of pictures.

It seems like every article is written by a different author and some of the writing is really good.

One of the hardest things about living where I do is how short the gardening season is. My flowers are sometimes at the height of their awesomeness when the cold weather comes. And I’ve had a couple of years where one of my late blooming perennials didn’t even bloom before the fall frost killed it.

I guess on the bright side that also means the weeding season is shorter. My best gardening climate (NW Washington) was also the one that I needed to spend almost all year digging weeds…

Dave's Garden has been around forever; they launched in 2000. Dave left the site at least ten years ago when it was bought out by some company....kind of like Piano World!
