We closed today!!!

happydance happydance happydance

When we bought our house in 2019, the seller was ... pretty nasty. We had various back and forths and there was an issue at the closing, and the seller and my agent exchanged words in another room while my husband and I sat there awkwardly waiting. It was awful. And wouldn't you know it, all the diy stuff he did in the house was half-assed at best.

Fast forward to this house. The seller has been wonderful every step of the way. It's clear that the house was very well-maintained and well taken care of.

We went there this morning for our final walk through, and she had left us a note, which started with "I hope you will love living in this house as much as we did for 22 years." <3

Then we met at the closing and she was absolutely lovely.

What a wonderful, wonderful way to start.

Now, back to choosing sofas and bushes!!
