OK, my daughter has a Chinese friend whose mom brought back some tea for me as a gift from Taiwan. High-end light (greenish) oolong. I have been off tea since my acid reflux took hold, but I decided I can risk a cup now and then.

It is so delightful. Smooth and brightly vegetal, mouth-watering. Makes good coffee (which I like) seem such a coarse beverage!
