We are hoping to be ready to move in by the beginning of April, but I also have some big projects coming up, so that will slow me down.

So, um, how do you get rid of “wet dog” smell?
I swear it did not smell like that on any time when we went to see the house, but it has been raining a lot, and they did have have a dog...
