QuirtEvansMirror, Mirror, on the Wall ...
We got a Mirror!
Mostly for Mary Anna, but I'll use it too.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?...-Z8&feature=youtu.beThe classes are good! And there are lots of them, different lengths and levels. I tried a couple after it was installed, just testing them, and it's challenging. They have a wide variety, from cardio to yoga to boxing to kickboxing to pilates to dance to toning ... they even have barre, although I don't know how that'd work without, you know, a bar.
(Please excuse the mess in the background, it's remnants of cleaning out the room in prep for the Mirror installation.)
The room will be an exercise room generally, with a Murphy bed for one of my daughters, and a bike for me. And a television on the wall (of course).

Steve MillerIt looks like the Mirror is strictly set up for workouts right now. But why not cooking lessons, painting lesson, flower arranging and science lectures?
I expect to see a lot more in the way of applications.

Yeah, it's just for exercise.
It anchors to the wall, and it's heavy as hell, so it's not exactly portable. But maybe, in the future, you could have one on a cart on wheels that you could wheel into the kitchen.
The real difference maker, aside from the size, is that you see yourself in it while you are watching the instructor. For exercise applications, that's big.

QuirtEvansOh, one application that is coming: personal training.
The thing has a microphone and a camera built in. They plan to have one-on-one training sessions, over the Mirror.
