There are four big supermarket sources here. Walmart, Target, and two local chains.

Walmart has the house brand, which is acceptable but not great (especially not great shredded).

Target doesn't have any. They used to have Tillamook, but now they only have Cheddar Jack blend. (Interestingly, they have a Target brand sliced Havarti, which is very good.)

One of the local chains that I go to occasionally has Borden and Kraft.

We stopped buying all the shredded cheeses. They are convenient, but whatever they toss the cheese in to keep it from sticking has a funky texture and taste.

We shred our own and curse at how it all wants to stick together...
