Yeah, well, another political anti-science troglodyte has a bad outcome. I suspect we'll see more of this as the wave develops.

His "side" will learn nothing. Their fingers are stuffed in proverbial ears. The person who replaces him in his seat will likely share all his views about the pandemic and the appropriate role for government policy.
