Sometimes it is best not to know.
Friends got Chinese whiskey in China. They were
told there is yak pee in it.

We found a very old bottle of Worcestershire in our spice cabinet. Probably 40 years old. There was just a little in there, but I tasted it and it seemed funky so I threw it out. On the other hand, maybe it’s SUPPOSED to taste funky.

Puts the ewww in umami.

Just bought a new bottle Worcestershire. Hoping for no yak pee. There’s a yak farm just up the road. Maybe I should ask.
