Steve MillerI suspect this is to fix an issue that rarely exists, if ever.

pianojugglerOne thing I do not understand. It’s simple: don’t install cameras where people expect privacy, and if you have cameras, remove them. It’s hardly a long-lead-time activity like getting a roof replaced.
So why the heck do they give people A MONTH AND A HALF to comply?
It’s a simple issue and one that is all about safety and trust.
I’d have given people 24 hours to comply.
And if you can’t comply because you have 274 properties that you are listing on air b n b, you’re violating the principle of the thing.

wtgI think a lot of people use property managers for distant properties. That's what we would have done had we been renting out our former vacation home. Not sure the property managers could do all the homes under their care in a day.
