I am in the market to downsize...While I emptied my living room to refinish my floors, I realized that a desk top computer with a monitor etc was over kill..I ordered a new laptop today.

I have already been burned by the Cheeto's tariffs (lumber) with my latest construction project.

I am getting ahead of the game..

Not yet. We will need to buy a new washer and dryer sometime between now and August though, and since it looks like his policies (tariffs) have impacted the price, I’m concerned about that.

His tariffs made appliances more expensive and some were even taken off lists of items that are shipped here. So more expensive appliances and less choice.

This was six months ago. So it's getting worse?
