Our neighborhood took a hit, but it wasn't terrible. Our house lost one big patch and one small patch of shingles, and all of our fence was slightly to permanently damaged. (Big steel posts planted in the ground bent over 90 degrees. Yikes.)

Hopefully, insurance will cover most of it. And it could have been a lot worse.

Glad it was no worse.
Other friends moved to Norman a couple of years ago sheltered in their basement with their sons. The damage was not close to them.
The woman is from Tulsa. She was glad to be near family, but not glad to be back in tornado country.
