It’s going to be very heavy, and for a trailer to tow without sway you need a minimum of 10% of the total weight in the hitch. I’ll guess the trailer in the picture weighs about 8K pounds with water and propane, which is a lot more than the Tesla in the picture is rated for.

The problem gets worse with 4 people in the car, which would put you in 10 ply tires territory.
