Steve MillerReturn to earmarks?
There is talk of once again allowing congressional earmarks as a way to foster bipartisanship. I rather like the idea, although there are are plenty on the Internet who don't.
Your thoughts?

NinaI'm very torn on this one. I get the argument that it will allow for give and take. It is not the system or method I would have chosen, but it is the system we have.

Collins in particular does a great job of it while making sure it appears that she doesn’t enjoy it.
