Honolulu to Tampa

SO and I moved back to Florida some time ago, where I was born and he grew up.

I didn't feel like sharing this until now. I don't know why. It's probably because I've been experiencing culture shock. It probably has something to do with the energy I've had to use fighting the maladies of being over a certain age.

The latest one is I have a thyroid ultrasound on the 10th because they think I might have thyroid cancer. I've been getting the work order and insurance authorization coordinated.

We lived in Hawaii for 18 years. I don't miss it. Florida has its challenges. Living in a large "metro area" has its challenges. I'd like to post more about Hawaii at some point.

For now, I'm concentrating on the immediate future.
