Yep, while in Japan I saw security guards searing puffy jackets with fans seeming to blow air into those jackets. I with I have a chance to try that out just to experience for myself how effective that is as a personal cooling solution. In hindsight, I suppose I regret not investing some time to see if I could purchase such a cool jacket for myself.
