I’d like to be able to take a picture of a planter and see how it would look with different plants in it, or overlay a chair in to a picture of a room. I’m pretty sure I can do that with Photoshop - is there an online course or something I can take to learn how to use it? Or are there other programs I could use to do the same thing more simply?

I stopped paying for image manipulation software years ago. I switched to GIMP which is free to use. https://www.gimp.org/

Never heard of GIMP, thanks! Is the learning curve steep?

If you already know photoshop or even basic image editing processes, it is pretty intuitive. Like anything, it does require some time to get used to it.

I used to use Photoshop (and then Illustrator) a lot-ish, though I haven't used either in a while. But I'll try GIMP, thanks!
