Wow, that's so sad.

My neighbor's BIL suffered a brain aneurysm when he was in his mid-40s. He survived, but was in a wheelchair and with severe cognitive impairments. My neighbor cared for him for nearly 20 years until Rudy passed away a couple of years ago.
