Jesus literally answered this question.

When he was asked about paying taxes to Rome, he said, "Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's, and render unto God what is God's." Paying taxes is perfectly biblical.

He also roughed up some moneychangers who were cheating people on the very steps of the temple. I wonder what he would think about money laundering?
