I had the opportunity to meet longtime friends for the first time. You’ll know how that goes!

Mary Anna and Quirt were visiting the Pacific Northwet to see a Quirtlet. We met up for lunch yesterday. We also went on my favorite bridge walk along the Willamette River. I shared lots of geeky bridge facts with them.

We worked on getting the perfect selfie, because we knew y’all would want proof that this meeting happened.





Mary Anna and Tony are as charming and interesting in person as they are online. We had a great visit! Next time we hope Nina can join us.

It was great finally meeting Adagio! She and Mary Anna really clicked. Although, to be fair, Mary Anna clicks with everyone. Adagio is just so smart and so quick. And a wonderful tour guide.

I miss big trees. Oregon gives me a fix.

Today, Powell’s and sockeye salmon sushi!
