Cute little pot
I found this little Calphalon pot at a yard sale a couple of years ago for $5. I’d never seen one like it before but I thought it had potential.

It is 8 -1/2 inches wide and 3 inches deep, with straight sides. It’s good for quickly reheating leftovers, but still wide enough to do a fast sauté and add things. It’s surprisingly practical.

Whatever you were cooking in there looks very tasty! Yummy

I can see how that would be a frequently used pan. I have something similiar.

This 10" Anolon pan was my Mom's; it's in constant use in my kitchen. It's nonstick, and the two handles are nice when you need to move it around.

I like your Analon too, WTG!

Honorable mention for the classic teakettle as well! My brother in law had one of those.

I had leftover cauliflower on hand. I sizzled curry leaves and mustard seeds in oil, sautéed some onion in there, added chopped outer leaves of Brussels sprouts (they always fall away when you trim the sprouts) and added the cauliflower and ground cumin.

Oooh! Pot pron!

I recently joined the Le Creuset Cult Family and purchased a small starter set that included a 8 Quart Stock Pot, 10.25" Cast Iron Skillet, 2.25 Quart Saucepan

Cooking with cast iron with pretty much non-stick surfaces.

I always reach for these first now.

And, I want more! Big Grin

I wondered if anyone would notice the kettle.

I love that Simplex. Very British. It was a gift from a friend. I looked them up recently and couldn’t believe how much they’ve gone up in price.

I used to have a Chantal with the harmonica whistle. That one was fun, too!

I can appreciate cult status for Le Creuset. We have an enameled casserole by Emile Henry that appears very similar (but maybe it’s all ceramic? I don’t know.)

I love le creuset. I’ve been lucky, my three Dutch ovens have all been hand me downs from my mother in law, they are fabulous. I just got the biggest one from her and looked up the cost new, holy carp they are expensive. But we use them a lot.

My oldest daughter wants the 4-quart Pumpkin Dutch Oven.

The cheapest I see it is $367.00

Cutlery & More has 5.25 Quart Dutch Ovens, in various colors, on sale for $199.95 (normally $374.95) w/ free shipping

I just ordered a matching Indigo Dutch Oven. WhoMe

OMG, that pumpkin one!!! That’s fabulous. They used to have a heart one. I have their little pickle jar, and 4 of their mugs.

The two blue pots and the yellow one (which is oval shaped) are Le Creuset. I changed out the handle on the lid of one of them because I use it for bread, and the black knobs are will not go to 450 degrees. The green thing is a Tagine (Emil Henry, I think) and the red thing is something you sick a chickens on straight up - we use it in the grill. (I’m not sure what brand it is). I love their colors together, so I like seeing them on the tops of the cabinet.

Here’s the little pickle jar. I kind of fell in love with the color, so mostly it sits in the kitchen window with the plants. Big Grin

And I like the cephalon pots - we have several of them. Seems like every time I move I need different pots (because the stove is different).

Also - teapots. We need to do another thread about teapots. I’ve recently gotten back into drinking loose leaf black tea (that I order from Amazon). And have purchased several teapots - both from Japan.
