I've heard too much of that during the pandemic.

"Amazing!".

Overused and lazy. Totally nondescriptive. I have never been 'amazed' by a dish in my life, and everyone's food is "amazing". Get a vocabulary.

“Could care less”.

“Couldn’t care less” is the correct phrase. Google has a good explanation for it: “If a person says, “I couldn't care less” about something, it means that the amount of care and concern they have about something could not be any less, any lower. This makes sense. Therefore when someone says I could care less, it should mean the opposite, that they are concerned.”

George Carlin made fun of that one. His response was “I have a good one, I want a longer one.”
