Jodi and Steve are waiting for results

My sponsor was tested for the virus today. She is a nurse. She has had breathing problems for a while. Then docs sent her home about three days ago saying her breathing muscles were not working. They were working well enough to put her on oxygen, but she was already on it.
She tested negative for the flu.
Over 8 years in AA I have had two sponsors die.

Have you ever read "On the Beach"?

That's kind of how this feels.

What a book...

But I think "Andromeda Strain" better fits the bill.

I'd forgotten about that one. Having finished "Animal Farm" in my ongoing effort to understand the I-1 administration I will now go and download it.

Thanks!
