Yummy.

I get random suggestions on YouTube, and this looks time consuming but delicious, and the woman cracks me up (especially the brandy part. And the cat) looks like wtg and I are on the same wavelength this afternoon.

that looks amazing. Was trying to figure out why the bottom didn’t puff - but maybe the bottom was pie pastry and the top was puff Pastry.

I wondered the same thing. I think your assessment is probably correct.

I thought she was going to cut the cake into serving size portions by following the shapes on the top.

I like that she just quartered-it-up!
