Girl Scout Cookies
We buy them every year. We never buy cookies otherwise but we buy these, and we buy from just about any kid that comes to the door.

They’re good, for commercial cookies. The ingredients lists are remarkably clean. We have a few favorites - Thin Mints and Samoas, for example. But come on...

I understand they’re fund raisers but these new boxes are absurdly small for $5. It’s kind of insulting. I like supporting youth groups but am considering just writing a check.

While we’re here, I’ve heard the Boy Scouts must now accept girls but the Girl Scouts have no such compunction. What’s up with that?

Have not bought Girl Scout cookies in ages. But I really liked the chocolate mint ones. $5 seems like a lot. Neither one of my kids did scouts. I think I was a Brownie for a year.

Haven't had them in years.

Saw this when I went for a walk last weekend. GS cookies in the time of COVID:
