The ‘Hidden Consensus’ for Affirmative Action It's actually a fairly complicated result, and worth noting that the surveys went to students only. Makes me wonder if there isn't an age element to most of these studies showing that people don't support affirmative action. I haven't kept up, perhaps they controlled for age in many of those studies. If not, I think they should. I also wonder whether the same policies, without the label "affirmative action," would result in different levels of support? I can't tell you how happy I was when I read they used conjoint analysis. | ||
