House on the roof, literally! Perched on top of the historic Printers Row building this two-level penthouse is waiting for your great design ideas. Only nine units in the entire building. Luxury of intimacy and privacy you can rarely find in the city environment. Open floor plan, killer views from a private terrace and three balconies create a unique urban abode. The mixed-use building combines the best of living and working: a downtown location where you can work out of your dream home. Living/dining room and kitchen are open to the rooftop exterior space and city views. Main bedroom with balcony, second one and two full bathrooms and a family room on the second floor. Huge storage space in the basement. parking options in immediate proximity in abundance, both deeded and leased. Don't wait!

Very cool but the edge of the roof deck is pretty low...I cannot imagine walking around up there.

As for the house, I think it looks like a wart on an otherwise decent looking building and I'm not a fan.

I wouldn't be able to set foot in that house even to look at it. I have a modest fear of heights and the way it's built I'd have the feeling that I was going to fall off.....
