You'll all probably think I'm certifiable, but I kind of like it. I'd offer to buy it furnished and remove at least half of everything. But there's a lot of stuff I'd keep too. I like quirk, I guess. And that house has it in spades!!!!

The sandbox definitely has to go though!!!

And how do you get anything in and out of the oven?
