A program called 56 counties, the most recent one.

Pretty sure it was flu he tested negative for, not strep, but it feels like a lifetime ago so I may not be remembering correctly either! And he gets called “the vice chancellor” but the title is Provost and VC of Academics Affairs. (There are several Vice chancellors)
