We have impeccable timing here Chez G. We had a nice little hailstorm yesterday afternoon. Fortunately we didn't get the worst of it in my neighborhood, and both cars were in the garage. I'm sure our poor old roof took a beating, though, and it might be covered under our homeowner's insurance. But, timing is everything, and we are having a new roof put on today.

Birds! And you never know, there might be a fourth one under those three.

There's some big hail all around here today. Near OKC, they're saying three-inch diameter, and the computer is predicting larger. They're showing pictures of hail bigger than tennis balls in Piedmont, Oklahoma.

And we've got a tornado warning a few miles from here right now. The cats are in the cat carriers, bemoaning their fates, in case we need to head to the storm shelter fast.
