True words. I keep remembering how devoted he was to his family.

What terrible news. Mark was a genuinely nice guy.

We met only once when he came to LA to visit with his daughter. I remember we all rode the Ferris Wheel at the Santa Monica pier.

RIP, Ermo. You will be sorely missed.

My condolences.

I have been curious about why I haven't seen MarkB's posting in a long time. Sad to learn that he has passed away.

I have had the pleasure of meeting MarkB (and his family) in person before. Mark was a good man with a good sense of humor. I will miss him.

Just saw it on FB. Like others I was not aware of his illness. Sad. I’ve known him some 20 years now.

I am so sorry to hear this. Talked with him once at a piano party, and many times on all of our common social media venues. Somehow I missed that he was ill.

Mark was a FB friend, but the algorithm never showed me anything from his page.

he wasn’t. If you look at the thread that WTG posted above I put a picture in there of Mark with another guy with his face obscured. The other guy is Ermo.

I met Ermo in person a couple of times, as did Mark. We chatted, off-line, away from the forum a number of times. Ermo was very private and did not want his real identity on here.

Thank you to WTG for passing on the news.

This is so terribly sad. Mark was a lovely, funny man.

He was much too young.

May his family find peace in their memories. Frowner
