We had the kids over for Easter lunch in the back yard, distanced. Hooray for spring! We ordered Hawaiian takeout, because Sunday mornings are busy here (Zoom with mom-in-law at 9:15, zoom church at 10, kids came over at 11:30). I didn’t want to cook. So now I have leftover kalua pork, and kalua pork in scrambled eggs is one of my favorite things.
