I don't care. I eat organic food when I can get it.

We've been getting Publix bread recently clearly labeled, "made with genetically modified ingredients."

I used to eat it but I don't now because it's unhealthy and has no taste.

I'm not anti-organic. We are members of an organic CSA farm. The veggies are great.

It just seems that sometimes we as a society focus on a solution to what we perceive as a problem, but that solution brings its own host of potentially negative impacts that get lost in the shuffle. I think electric vehicles are in the same category.

Estimates are that we in the US throw away 40 percent of all food . Trying to figure out how to reduce that number would go a long way to conserving food resources...
