I've saved the recipe to make around Christmas time.

Meanwhile I also went down the rabbit hole and discovered this recipe site with lots of intriguing recipes. I've bookmarked some of them and may well work my way through the whole site over time.

Nice presentations as well.

Made this on Sunday. Used a mix of hot and sweet curry and decided that next time it will be sweet curry only. Added some diced apples which were perfect, adding crunch and little sweetness.
