I don’t get it either. We, and probably most people, acquire a multiplicity of tote bags over time without even thinking about it. Why you would pursue a TJ bag and pay a premium for it is beyond me.

These kinds of things are so random. And organic -- by which I mean, hard for someone to make it happen. But then once they happen, they just explode! Like the Stanley Cup thing.
