And I debated whether to post this one here, or in Steve's cheese thread....I got it at Costco, but I'm sure it's available elsewhere...the "spices" have a bit of heat....

That Crema looks good! Reasonably clean ingredients list with a minimum of added sugar. Two bottles would spoil before we used it though - would a bottle make a nice gift?

The cheese looks terrific!
