How much to tip the delivery guy (and the others)

We order delivery from a Chinese/Thai place every week or so.
How much to tip?
Tipping seems to have gone bonkers.

Do they charge for delivery? If so, the difference between the charge and 20%. If not I’d go 20%.

Now if you are using DoorDash or the like, they’ll suggest a tip. Usually around 10%, but they also charge fees.
