Have you heard about this? My son told me about it. Individuals, mostly on a Reddit board, are driving up prices of stocks in failing companies and causing hedge funds, etc. to cover their short positions. Some are making a whole lot of money.

One article I read said that the rising value may well save AMC. Others point out it's the classic David and Goliath scenario - individual investors sticking it to the man.

It's hard to know where this will end up.
