Either he's scared or he's thinking that delaying his "I won" tactics will improve his chances of stealing the election....

I just read a great line: I-1 is spending the day in a federal facility surrounded by an unscalable wall with another fence inside that and all manned by 1000 prison guards. Think of it as a dry run for the next 10 to 20 years.
