Does anyone know how to post a PDF to WTF?

No. Only way I know is to photograph it and post the photo.

I'm guessing you need to upload the file to some file sharing site, maybe Google Docs Drive or Dropbox (if the latter still exists)? Then allow access to that file only so people can't read your other stuff.

This is all purely speculation on my part; I have no clue as to whether it can be done.

(I'll ping someone and check....)

Yeap, put the file on some file server then post a link to it. WTG's suggestions with Google Drive or DropBox should work just fine.

Depends on how the PDF was created. It might be a scanned image, in which case it copy/paste doesn't work.

When it's an editable file, I've had trouble with formatting getting screwed up (things like line, paragraph, and page breaks, for instance). Or you may not be able to copy at all if it's protected.

Length of document could be a problem, too.

If you have Adobe Acrobat Pro, it can take a scanned image and convert it to text.

Otherwise, to share a PDF here, it needs to be hosted somewhere. Google Drive, Google Docs, Dropbox, Box... Change the settings so 1) anyone with the link can read it, and 2) maybe don't allow editing privileges?

Or save it as a jpeg and upload it as a photo (which also has to be hosted somewhere).

I might be able to help, let me know if you're stuck. Smiler

It’s 350 pages. I’ll try Dropbox.
