Miriam Batsashvili has a collection of interesting, short [Tik Tok](https://www.tiktok.com/@mariampiano/video/7226331406350175515) videos on technique - and some demonstrations of "how to" on various pieces including Ondine, Chopin's 1st Ballade, Appassionata Sonata, etc. What's amusing to me is she often demonstrates a mediocre version and then a how to make it better. Listening to the Doofus versions, I'd feel a measure of success to even play it as "badly" as she is playing it.
