Postpone elective surgery and screenings (mammograms and colonoscopies).

Yep, I'm due for a colonoscopy (oh joy) and am waiting until later this year.

Same here.

Even though colonoscopies are covered under Obamacare plans, if you have any problems (like they perforate your colon), the cost of dealing with problems like that *isn't* covered.

I had planned to do it in April when I turn 65 and am on Medicare.

It's important but not an emergency.
