Mr WTG and I have been watching a documentary series on CNN called Chasing Life, with Dr Sanjay Gupta. He's examining the medical systems in use in various countries. We've seen the first two episodes, which were in Japan and India. I think Bolivia is next, and then Norway.

Highly recommend, if you have access to CNN.
