| I had two of my former coworkers going for a good 20 minutes when I told them I wanted to come back full time. I told them I missed the satisfaction of finishing a project or the sense of accomplishment getting a manual out on time. They thought I was serious.

| OTOH, if the price wasn’t so high I’d take them up on it. I’ve only cooked in commercial kitchens a few times and it’s really fun!
